Service Delivery Manager

Kevin is the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), for one of Abtran’s most dynamic and fast-moving client accounts in the Media & Entertainment sector.

As Service Delivery Manager, Kevin’s role is all about delivering a great service experience to the the client’s customer. This is achieved through an enduring focus on service excellence while embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Operation.

As well as ensuring client KPI’s and performance targets are met, Kevin is passionate about giving people within his teams the opportunity to learn and develop. He leads this by creating an environment that promotes continuous learning and employee engagement which in turn drives the ongoing performance and success of the Operation.

Key Experience

Prior to joining Abtran in 2009, Kevin worked in the Financial Services industry. He is an experienced and valued member of the Service Delivery Management, (SDM) team. Prior to his existing role, Kevin held an Operations Management roles within a highly regulated Financial Services account. During his time at Abtran, Kevin also trained and qualified as a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) through the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
