Head of Operations

Julieann brings over 17 years of extensive managerial experience to her role as a Head of Operations within Abtran. She is responsible for providing operational leadership and support to Service Delivery Managers across multiple clients and sectors.

She takes a direct and energetic role in building and managing a proactive, positive and effective relationship while leading and delivering the overall Abtran strategy within the BPO/BMO sector.

Key Experience

Julieann has previously worked in a managerial role in both Diageo and Bank of Ireland, as well as a Client Services manager within Abtran.
