QA Manager

John currently holds the role of QA Manager, with responsibility for the preparation and execution of all test activities, providing continual improvements to quality assurance processes and coordinating all quality assurance activities across multiple applications.

Key Experience

John has over 15 years’ experience in the industry across a variety of roles and has worked with a number of Abtran clients on technical consultancy and improvement, including IVR improvements for Electric Ireland and Junifer implementations for a number of UK utilities. Prior to this John held roles such as Defect Manager and Senior IT/QA Engineer.
