As Head of Performance, Deirdre utilises over 12 years of extensive experience across a range of roles within Abtran to delivery award winning customer solutions within the BPO/BPM sector.

Deirdre role is integral in helping drive business performance and strategic goals across Abtran.  Working collaboratively with support departments and Heads of Operation, Deirdre plays a central role in planning, directing and managing strategic initiatives that improve and enrich the performance of business areas, to ensure the continued delivery of service excellence.

Along with her comprehensive background in service delivery, Deirdre also has a thorough knowledge of the Utilities and Government sectors. Deirdre has over 17 years’ experience in Customer management.
