Joining Abtran in 2012, Aoife is responsible for designing and delivering a suite of integrated digital and multimedia communications programmes that inform, inspire and engage our people right across the company. Central to Aoife’s role is the ability to build relationships at every level and to transform best practices into a programme of compelling content and stories that support our mission, service proposition and brand values. This ranges from the development of thought leadership blog articles, CSR videos and the promotion of internal people programmes and CSR activities internally and externally across our web and social media platforms.

Prior to her current role, Aoife held the position of Digital Account Manager at Abtran where she led a team of Digital and Social Media Executives to deliver online customer service excellence while building strong client relationships through an open and dynamic programme of digital innovation, education as well as KPI delivery.

With a Diploma in Online Marketing and Digital Strategy, Aoife also holds a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as in Office Administration.
