Chief Information Officer

Aisling brings over 20 years’ experience to her role as Abtran’s Chief Information Officer. In her current position, Aisling is responsible for leading Abtran’s Technology, Digital & Data programmes.

Prior to her current role, Aisling was responsible for providing leadership and direction to the growth and development of Abtran’s Digital Services solutions as well as Abtran’s capability across Data Management, Reporting and Analytics.

Aisling also worked as Programme Manager for one of Abtran’s largest Utility clients where she was responsible for the set-up and operation of Abtran’s Customer Contact Centre including Customer Service, Billing and Revenue Assurance Back-Office services. Outside of Abtran, Aisling has also worked in companies such as BearingPoint, Deloitte and TVTextbook.

Aisling has a BSc in Computer Science from UCC, a Diploma in Accounting and Finance, and is certified in Project Management, Software Testing and IT Service Management.
