Our services are underpinned by globally recognised security and quality assurance standards, through our certifications to ISO 27001 for Information Security, ISO 9001 for Quality Management , BS10012 for Personal Information Management, and compliance to PCI DSS.

Commitment to security of personal information​

We are the first BPM in Ireland to be certified against the BS 10012:2017 Personal Information Management System Standard (PIMS’s) standard. This standard is aligned with the requirements of the GDPR, and being certified to this standard gives our employees, clients and potential clients independent assurance of Abtran’s commitment to securely managing personal data.

Looking to the future​

We are continuously looking to how we can further assure the services we deliver through internationally recognised certifications. At Abtran, we are committed to providing services sustainably, reducing our environmental footprint and improving energy efficiency in line with the ISO14001 standard. We expect to be formally certified to ISO14001 in 2020.

At Abtran, we believe in giving back and playing a role in both the economic and social development of the communities in which we live, fostering a culture of diversity and engaging our people to contribute to positively impacting the community and the environment. Our charity club members are volunteers who dedicate their spare time to managing a calendar of initiatives throughout the year generating awareness for specific causes and fundraising for local and national charities.
